SHIPPING/RETURNS

Menzaman makes the best effort to accurately describe and portray all items and provide relevant size and shape information.  Please ask any questions you may have prior to placing your order.  All online and in-person sales are final.  Returns and exchanges are circumstantial and handled on an individual basis.  To discuss a return, you must contact us within five (5) days of receipt of purchase.  Please email us at menzamanjewelry@gmail.com  with requests on unworn and undamaged jewelry.  Refunds will only apply if the jewelry is damaged.

All orders are shipped free of charge within the continental United States via USPS Priority Mail. We insure all shipments and provide a tracking code. Menzaman is not liable for any lost, stolen or unclaimed packages.  We are not responsible for packages that are lost or not delivered due to an insufficient or incorrect address or a full mailbox.  If the package is returned to us you are responsible for the shipping cost to reship the merchandise.

For international orders, Menzaman charges a flat fee of $35 for shipping and handling, and all shipments include insurance and tracking.   Any taxes and/or duties due upon International delivery are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.  All orders over $300 will need to be signed for unless you request an exception.
