Menzaman reserves the right to deny any unreasonable exchanges.  Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not cover the shipping cost of a return and recommend that returns be insured for the full retail value of the merchandise as well a tracking number for your package. The item returned unworn and undamaged and shipped with all the original packaging, including all tags, jewelry cards/tags, and boxes.  Please keep your receipt for your records as well as our company flyer for future purchases.
